Rep. DiGirolamo Named Chair of House Human Services Committee

Rep. Gene DiGirolamo (R-Bucks) has been named the Chairman of the new House Human Services Committee, formerly part of the Health and Human Services Committee. Due to the large volume of legislation charged to that committee, House leaders split the committee for greater efficiency. DiGirolamo said he hopes to preserve funding for vital human services.
