House State Government Committee to Take Up Regulatory Bills
WHAT: Knowing not all regulations are relevant in today’s modern world, the House State Government Committee will take up two regulatory review bills at its next scheduled meeting.
WHO: Chairman Seth Grove (R-Dover) and committee members will take up the following bills:

House Bill 939 (Klunk): Would establish the Independent Office of the Repealer.
•
House Bill 950 (Metcalfe): Would amend the Regulatory Review Act further providing for procedures for subsequent review of disapproved final-form or final-omitted regulations.
WHEN: Tuesday, April 20, at 8 a.m.

Main Capitol in the Capitol Complex, Harrisburg.
