Barrar, House Committee to Vote on Two Important Bills

WHAT: Rep. Steve Barrar (R-Chester/Delaware), chairman of the House Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee, will hold a committee vote on two important bills:

Senate Bill 847 would establish the Korean War Veterans Association Inc. as a voting member of the Pennsylvania State Veterans Commission. 
House Bill 2026 would codify the duties of the Pennsylvania Wing of the Civil Air Patrol under the Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs. 
House Bill 2058 would expand the scope of practice for paramedics to conducts legal blood draws on persons suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
