(sponsored by Rep. Todd Stephens, R-Montgomery), which would increase the penalties for mandated reporters who continue to fail to report suspected child abuse and broadens the “continuing course of action” provision; and Senate Bill 1129 (sponsored by Sen. John DiSanto, R-Dauphin/Perry), which would expedite the procedures for the relinquishment or termination of parental rights in the course of the legal process to adopt a child in Pennsylvania.
