WHAT: Reps. Jim Struzzi (R-Indiana), Donna Oberlander (R-Clarion/Armstrong/Forest) and Pam Snyder (D-Greene/Fayette/Washington) will officially unveil and discuss their legislation which would require legislative approval before Pennsylvania could impose a carbon tax or enter into any multi-state program that would impose such a tax.
