Public Hearing on Securing Pennsylvania’s Energy Future

WHAT: House Republican Policy Committee Chairman David H. Rowe (R-Snyder/Union/Mifflin/Juniata), Rep. Roman Kozak (R-Beaver), and other lawmakers will host a hearing titled “Keeping the Lights On and Costs Down: Securing Pennsylvania’s Energy Future” to discuss policies to lower electricity costs, strengthen grid reliability and meet growing demand by expanding generation, modernizing infrastructure, building a skilled workforce, and removing regulatory and permitting barriers.
WHO: Testifiers will include Kevin Bolland, sales manager and vice president of operations, Bolland Machine; Emily Stipe, director, federal and political affairs, Vistra Corp; Kevin Hennessy, senior director, policy, Mainspring Energy; and Laura DelVecchio, administrative director, Beaver County Career and Technology Center.
