WELLSBORO – Elected officials representing Tioga County issued the following statement in response to the announcement that Rytoriacap Inc. (Rytoria) has acquired ASC Engineered Solutions’ foundry and facilities in Blossburg. Those making the statement include: Congressman Glenn “GT” Thompson (R-5), state Sen. Gene Yaw (R-23), Rep. HARRISBURG – Rep. Eric Nelson (R-Westmoreland) announced Westmoreland County officials and the county’s municipalities will receive close to $2.5 million from 2024 natural gas impact fees collected through Act 13 of 2012, revenue from unconventional gas wells, commonly called deep gas wells.

WHAT: State Rep. Barb Gleim (R-Cumberland) will host a ceremony to honor the memory of Maj. Gen. Harold “Harry” Greene, a 2002 graduate of the United States Army War College in Carlisle. Greene was killed on Aug. 5, 2014, in an attack while visiting Camp Qargha’s Marshal Fahim National Defense University in Kabul.

HARRISBURG –Rep. Craig Williams (R-Delaware/Chester) bill, known as the Uniform Deployed Parents Custody and Visitation Act, passed unanimously today in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. HARRISBURG – Rep. Stephenie Scialabba (R-Butler) today announced more than $400,000 in impact fees paid by Marcellus Shale drilling companies will benefit residents of the 12th Legislative District. In addition to the municipal funding, Butler County will receive more than $1.6 million from the impact fees.
