However, there are forces in the General Assembly seeking to reschedule it for an earlier date. These actions, at this point in time, are shortsighted and could cause even more damage to public trust in our electoral system.

WARREN — Rep. Kathy L. Rapp (R-Warren/Crawford/Forest), Republican chair of the House Health Committee, voted against a bill that would require further regulations on public swimming pools and splash pads in Pennsylvania. House Bill 1565 would also replace the current one-time $10 fee for pool permits with a recurring annual fee of at least $100.
