PALMER TOWNSHIP – A Palmer Township intersection that has desperately needed a traffic light for years will finally get one thanks to more than $795,000 coming from Pennsylvania’s Automated Red-Light Enforcement (ARLE) program, announced state Rep. Joe Emrick (R-137).
