Emrick Announces $205K in Grants for Upper Mount Bethel Township Fire Departments

HARRISBURG — Rep. Joe Emrick (R-Upper Mount Bethel) today announced the Commonwealth Financing Authority has approved $205,000 in grant funding to fire departments in Upper Mount Bethel Township. These grants were fully funded by gaming revenues from the Northampton County Local Share Account (LSA). No tax dollars are used to fund this program.

Diamond: Lebanon County Moving to “Yellow.” Here are the Guidelines.

HARRISBURG - Rep. Russ Diamond (R-Lebanon) is in support of the decision of Lebanon County officials to move the county into the “yellow phase” of Gov. Tom Wolf’s reopening plan. Diamond is in agreement that the residents and public officials of Lebanon County have successfully worked together as a community to “flatten the curve” of COVID-19 in the area, and that the county meets the requirements to enter the yellow phase. The Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office has stated that it will not prosecute businesses that reopen Friday, May 15.
