James Offers Residents Help Securing Property Tax/Rent Rebates

The first opportunity will be Friday, Feb. 21, at the Franklin VFW, 411 9th St., Franklin, and the second date is Thursday, March 12, at the YWCA, 109 Central Ave., Oil City. Both dates will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
