Rapp Amendment Restores Common Sense to Doula Bill

Rapp’s amendment removed the term “pregnant individual” and replaced it with the word “mother,” reversing a change made in a prior amendment.

Kevin Boyle (D-Philadelphia) and any possible election law violations.
