WHAT: Rep. Dan Moul (R-Adams) will testify next week before the House State Government Committee, which is investigating concerns of unchecked authority and financial and regulatory abuse by the Susquehanna River Basin Commission (SRBC). The committee will examine concerns raised by lawmakers, as well as representatives of municipalities and businesses regulated by the SRBC to determine if corrective legislation is warranted. The SRBC is an interstate compact that includes Pennsylvania, Maryland and New York.
