WHAT: Rep. Steve Barrar (R-Chester/Delaware), chairman of the House Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee, will hold a committee meeting to vote on two bills:

House Bill 1013 would allow ambulance services to receive reimbursement when patients receive care but are not transported to the hospital.
House Bill 824 would establish the National Guard Youth Challenge Program to assist at-risk high school youths and dropouts by helping them earn high school diplomas.
