HARRISBURG – Rep. Ryan Warner (R-Fayette/Westmoreland) today took the office of office to begin his second term in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
“I’m eager to continue our work from the last legislative session,” Warner said. “Zero-based budgeting and taxpayer protection legislation remain top priorities for me. I have already circulated co-sponsorship memos on both topics and hope to have the bills introduced in short order.”
In his first term, Warner had two bills become law.
Act 31 of 2015 removed uncertainty around permit expiration dates for construction projects granted between Dec. 31, 2008, and July 2, 2013.
Act 172 of 2016 authorized local municipalities to enact earned income and property tax liability tax credits for active volunteers of a fire company or emergency medical service (EMS) company.
