HARRISBURG – Surrounded by wife, Jennifer, and his three children, Rep. Justin Walsh (R-Westmoreland) took the oath of office to represent the people of the 58th District in Westmoreland County. He is committed to working to ensure family-sustaining jobs, stem the opioid epidemic and reduce government spending.
“It is an honor to be elected to this position,” Walsh said. “I pledge to be a voice in Harrisburg for the residents of the 58th District and make sure their concerns are heard. We must work to keep Pennsylvania a great place to live, work and raise a family.”
A life-long resident of the Mon Valley and 1990 graduate of Yough High School, Walsh holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from St. Francis College. He earned his juris doctor degree from Seton Hall University in 1997. For the past 18 years, he has worked in general practice law and is currently a partner in Amatangelo, Baisley & Walsh in Donora.
Walsh’s district office will be opening later this week at 1739 Rostraver Road, Belle Vernon, to assist constituents with state-related concerns or problems. More state information is available on Walsh’s website,

The 58th Legislative District in Westmoreland County includes Jeannette and Monessen cities, as well as East Huntingdon (part), Hempfield (part), Rostraver, Sewickley and South Huntingdon townships. Also, the district encompasses the boroughs of Adamsburg, Arona, Madison, Mount Pleasant, North Belle Vernon, Penn, Smithton, Sutersville and West Newton.
