HARRISBURG -- Rep. Thomas Murt (R-Montgomery/Philadelphia) took the oath of office today to begin his sixth term representing the people of the 152nd District in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
“It is such an honor to continue to serve the people of Montgomery and Philadelphia counties,” Murt said. “We will face many challenges in the new term, but I remain committed to reaching across the aisle to find unity on the issues that are the greatest concerns to our community.
“We must give a voice to those who cannot speak for themselves. We must make sure we fully fund the programs that will help shrink the waiting list for human services.”
