WHAT: Rep. Jim Struzzi (R-Indiana) will be participating in a hearing of the House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee regarding his bill, House Bill 2025, which would require legislative authorization before Pennsylvania could join a cap-and-trade carbon emissions program such as the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI).
