HARRISBURG -- Rep. Martina White (R-Philadelphia) was sworn in today to serve the people of the 170th District in Northeast Philadelphia in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. She is serving her third full term after winning a special election in 2015.

In the new term, she will serve as Secretary of the Republican Caucus.

“I am honored the people of Northeast Philadelphia have put their faith in me in our fight for the working families of our communities,” White said. “That means fighting to help our small businesses reopen safely during the COVID-19 pandemic shutdowns.

White is also committed to producing high-quality schools, better-paying jobs and improved public safety.

In the new session, White will also continue her fight for responsible governance by holding state officials responsible for how they spend our tax dollars.

White was first elected in a March 24, 2015, special election. Prior to taking office, White was a financial adviser.

White can be reached at her offices at 10752 Bustleton Ave., Suite C, and at 10501 Academy Road, Unit E., at 215-330-3711 and 215-632-3237. She can also be followed on Facebook at facebook.com/repmartinawhite.
