HARRISBURG — State Representative Daryl Metcalfe (R-Butler) and many other pro-Second Amendment state lawmakers will join together with law-abiding firearm owners from across the Commonwealth for the 2021 Right to Keep and Bear Arms Rally, which will take place this coming Monday June 7, beginning at 10 a.m., front Capitol steps, Capitol Complex, Harrisburg (rain or shine).

This year’s outstanding “Top Gun” featured speakers lineup will include: original PA Castle Doctrine sponsor, U.S. Rep. Scott Perry (PA-10); Joshua Prince, chief counsel, Firearms Industry Consulting Group; Kim Stolfer, president, Firearms Owners Against Crime; Sen. Cris Dush (R-25); PA House Majority Judiciary Chairman Rep. Rob Kauffman (R-Franklin); PA House Second Amendment Caucus Chairman Rep. Matt Dowling (R-Fayette/Somerset) and Rep. Stephanie Borowicz (R-Clinton/Centre).

“As the prime sponsor of the Right to Bear Arms and Protection Act (House Bill 357), which seeks to make any additional federal gun control laws unenforceable within the Commonwealth, it is truly my honor to share the podium with so many tested frontline warriors in the fight to cancel the extreme firearm confiscation agenda now being rabidly pursued by Joe Biden and his fanatical leftist comrades,” said Metcalfe. “Whether by White House executive orders, congressional fiat or judicial activism, passage of House Bill 357 will send the undeniable message that federal gun-grabbing constitutes a criminal offense in Pennsylvania.”

In addition to Metcalfe’s House Bill 357, some of the other high-priority, “locked and loaded” legislation receiving top billing at this year’s event will include: House Bill 659, which would make Pennsylvania the 22nd state in the nation to implement “Constitutional Carry,” and House Bill 979 which would prohibit and deter local government entities from illegally imposing their own ordinances or regulations on firearms and ammunition.

“It is precisely our sacred and non-negotiable right to keep and bear arms which provides the foundation and reinforcement of all the rights recognized and proclaimed in our state and federal constitutions,” emphasized Metcalfe. “My fellow patriots, don’t miss out on this monumental opportunity to unite against tyranny and stop the steal of our God-given freedoms and liberties.”

Barring technical difficulties, the 2021 Right to Keep and Bear Arms Rally will also be livestreamed at RepMetcalfe.com/livestreams.
