WHAT: Members of the state House and Senate will join with municipal leaders from across the Commonwealth at a press conference to discuss efforts to address Pennsylvania’s municipal pension crisis. The press conference will follow the House State Government Committee’s consideration of
House Bill 316, legislation introduced by Reps. Keith J. Greiner (R-Lancaster) and Seth Grove (R-York) that would reform the Commonwealth’s municipal pension systems.
WHO: Greiner; Grove; House Speaker Mike Turzai (R-Allegheny); Sen. John H. Eichelberger Jr. (R-Blair); York City Mayor Kim Bracey; Lancaster City Mayor Rick Gray; and other municipal leaders from across the Commonwealth.
