YORK TOWNSHIP – While state Rep.-elect Mike Jones (R-York) has yet to be sworn into office, his district office at 305 Leader Heights Road is open for residents of the 93rd Legislative District.
“Swearing-In Day is Jan. 1, but my term in office actually began Dec. 1,” said Jones. “Office Manager Michelle Pinkerton and I appreciate everyone’s patience while we got things up and running.”
Normal business hours for the district office will be Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. During the holidays, the office will be open Dec. 27-28 the week of Christmas Day, as well as Jan. 2-4 the week of New Year’s Day.
“The legislative services my district office can provide include original birth and death certificates, applications for Pennsylvania’s Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and PACE and PACENET applications for senior citizens,” Jones added. “We can also answer your questions regarding Pennsylvania’s Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program, especially with the deadline for application coming up on Monday, Dec. 31.”

The 93rd Legislative District consists of the boroughs of Cross Roads, Dallastown, Fawn Grove, Jacobus, Loganville, Seven Valleys, Shrewsbury, Stewartstown, Winterstown and Yoe; and the townships of East Hopewell, Fawn, Hopewell, North Hopewell, Springfield and York.
