WHAT: Rep. Lynda Schlegel Culver (R-Northumberland/Snyder) and Sen. John Gordner (R-27) recently announced that the Boy Scouts of America will be holding its first-ever annual Boy Scout Day at the state Capitol on May 1. The purpose of the event is for the Scouts to present a report on the current state of Scouting in the Commonwealth to the governor and members of the state House and Senate.
WHO: Culver, members of several Boy Scout troops, the governor, as well as members of the Senate and House leadership and from the rank and file.
WHEN: Tuesday, May 1, at 10 a.m.
WHERE: Pennsylvania State Capitol, Main Rotunda.
