WHAT: Rep. Steve Barrar (R-Chester/Delaware), chairman of the House Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee, will hold a committee meeting to vote on two bills:  

  • House Bill 1412 would allow micro-grid pilot programs to be developed by electric utility companies, upon approval from the Public Utility Commission.

  • Senate Bill 552 would enhance the Pennsylvania Veterans Memorial Trust Fund to better preserve monuments and memorials dedicated to Pennsylvania veterans and military personnel.
