WHAT: Rep. Greg Rothman (R-Cumberland) will be hosting an electric scooter demonstration with Rep. Stephen Kinsey (D-Philadelphia). Rothman and Kinsey will discuss their legislation which would help ease restrictions on the use of E-scooters in Pennsylvania. E-scooter providers Lime and Bird will be providing the demonstration and will answer questions.
