HARRISBURG — The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court today ruled in favor of a lawsuit filed by Bridgeville Borough and South Fayette and Collier townships against PennDOT, finding the agency has no authority to implement its plan to toll nine bridges across the Commonwealth. Remote Learning for Real Estate Schools Now Law, Says Polinchock

HARRISBURG – The governor this week signed legislation into law to amend the Real Estate Licensing and Registration Act (RELRA), Act 9 of 1980, to permit real estate schools which have been approved to provide in-person instruction to also livestream the course, offering it to remote students, said Rep.
