In an effort to end the Commonwealth’s budget stalemate, Rep. Gene DiGirolamo (R-Bucks) has announced a proposal that would address the budgetary shortfall and provide recurring revenue going forward. Rep. DiGirolamo said he believes that his proposal brings together the good ideas that have already been proposed in order to create a compromise solution that can be approved by the legislature.
