Federal regulations are preventing some Pennsylvania students from completing coursework and training in fields that require a commercial driver’s license (CDL). In order for students to enter a variety of careers, such as tractor-trailer mechanics, they must have their CDL. But, in order to get a CDL, one must be at least 18 years old.
