HARRISBURG – State Rep. Jim Struzzi (R-Indiana) today announced that the House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee has passed his resolution opposing Gov. Tom Wolf’s plan to have Pennsylvania join the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI).
