HARRISBURG – Speaker of the House of Representatives Mike Turzai (R-Allegheny) applauded Senate Finance Committee Chairman Scott Hutchinson and members of the committee for passing a foundational piece of the “Energize PA” package, House Bill 1100, sponsored by Rep. This legislation, which passed the House of Representatives on Sept. 19 by a vote of 139-46, maintained its bipartisan support by passing out of the Senate Finance Committee yesterday by a vote of 7-3.
