WHAT: House Speaker Mike Turzai (R-Allegheny) and officials with Philadelphia Charters for Excellence (PCE) will host charter school parents, students and educators at the state Capitol to rally against Gov. Tom Wolf’s proposal to drastically cut funding to Pennsylvania’s charter schools. Philadelphia has the state’s largest concentration of charter schools.
