Rowe Introduces Legislation to Lower PIT, Create Economic Opportunity for PA Families

HARRISBURG – Legislation to put more money in the pockets of working Pennsylvanians has been introduced in the House, according to Rep. David H. Rowe (R-Snyder/Union/Mifflin/Juniata), who is the bill’s prime sponsor. House Bill 2370 would lower Pennsylvania’s Personal Income Tax (PIT) rate from 3.07% to 2.99% for six months, helping Pennsylvania families struggling to keep up with the cost of everyday essentials.
