Rowe (R-Snyder/Union/Mifflin/Juniata), convened a public hearing Tuesday titled “Small Communities, Big Costs: Reforming the Rain Tax to Make PA More Affordable” to examine solutions to reduce the “rain tax” burden on small communities.
