WHAT: Rep. Seth Grove (R-York), chairman of the House Select Subcommittee on Technical Education and Career Readiness, will join his colleagues in hearing testimony about preparing students for technical careers. The subcommittee, which was created as a result of
House Resolution 102, will examine technical education options available to post-secondary students across the Commonwealth.
WHO: Grove; along with officials from the Pennsylvania Commission for Community Colleges, Pennsylvania Association of Private School Administrators, Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education, Pennsylvania College of Technology, Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, Association of Independent Colleges and Universities of Pennsylvania and the Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculties.
