Public Hearing on Securing Pennsylvania’s Energy Future

WHAT:   House Republican Policy Committee Chairman David H. Rowe (R-Snyder/Union/Mifflin/Juniata), Rep. Andrea Verobish (R-Blair), and other lawmakers will host a hearing titled “Keeping Pennsylvania Moving: Addressing the Rising Cost of Energy” to examine how rising electricity and fuel costs affect Pennsylvania businesses, workers, and consumers.

WHO:   Testifiers will include Bill Ward Jr., president/CEO, Ward Transport and Logistics; Richard Weyant, facilities maintenance manager, Shirley's Cookie Company; and Stephanie Catarino Wissman, executive director, API Pennsylvania. 

WHEN:   Thursday, Aug. 27, at 1 p.m.
