HARRISBURG – Rep. Marguerite Quinn (R-Bucks) has been assigned to serve on four standing House committees during the 2015-16 legislative session. Quinn’s assignments include the Appropriations, Insurance, Professional Licensure and Transportation committees. Appointment to the Appropriations Committee marks Quinn’s first assignment on this committee, and represents the only Republican House member from Bucks County on Appropriations.

HARRISBURG – Rep. Chris Ross (R-Chester), who was recently elected to his 10th term in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, has been named chairman of the House Liquor Control Committee for the 2015-16 legislative session. The House made history last session when it passed liquor privatization legislation, but the Senate failed to act on the measure. Ross expects privatization to come up again this session.

HARRISBURG — State Rep. Kate Klunk (R-York) today announced she has been appointed to serve on the House Aging and Older Adult Services, Children and Youth, Gaming Oversight, and Urban Affairs committees for the 2015-16 legislative session. Earlier this month, Klunk began serving her first term in the Pennsylvania General Assembly.
