Karen Boback (R-Luzerne/Lackawanna/Wyoming) that would amend how counties can use funds derived from the impact fee imposed on the Marcellus Shale industry will be the subject of an informational meeting conducted by the House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee. House Bill 781 would give county governments the flexibility to use impact fee funds for stormwater management as mandated by the federal Environmental Protection Agency.

Lawmakers to Dedicate Vans to Provide Transportation for Vets
